This plan provides
protection for lawsuits against the directors and
officers of your sports organization, for actual
or alleged wrongful acts and errors and omissions.
The policy provides protection for individuals,
league officials and volunteers in their
collective capacity as officers of the league. The
policy also provides coverage for suits brought
against the league entity itself.

Crime Insurance Plan
This
plan provides protection for your sports
organization against financial loss
caused by the dishonest disappearance of
money, securities or negotiable
instruments. This Crime Insurance Plan
includes coverage for loss by theft or
forgery by an officer or volunteer of
the league.

Examples of Claims covered by this policy:
Lawsuits seeking damages for claims of
discrimination, wrongful suspension of players,
acts beyond the authority of the league, wrongful
dismissal of coaches, or failure to provide
adequate insurance.
This plan does not provide coverage for lawsuits
involving bodily injury or property damage. Those
are covered under the team or league's general
liability policy.
Please note: This coverage is written on a
"claims made basis." All claims under
this policy must be reported to the insurance
company within the policy term.
This coverage is underwritten by Chubb Group of
Insurance Companies, an "A+" rated carrier.
Coverage is effective upon underwriting acceptance
of this enrollment form by the insurance company.
